Yoga flow classes that help you move well and feel good - both now and for the future! A safe space to move your body, connect with your breath and find calm. Down to earth yet fun and playful with a focus on mindfulness, sustainable movement and joint mobility. Come as you are, you don’t need to have a certain body type or be super flexible!  There is no perfectionism in these classes, instead we simply celebrate what our bodies can do with awareness and self compassion.

Yoga Flow Classes

move and breathe with mindful awareness...

 My classes are relaxed and friendly. All are welcome! The yoga flows are intended to keep our bodies moving well for life... There will be strengthening work as well as unwinding, a perfect balance of effort and ease. You are encouraged to listen to your body and move in a way that suits your needs.

Yoga flow: A combination of grounding mat based flows and energising standing sequences to leave you feeling refreshed and uplifted. Finally lingering a little longer in some restorative poses and finishing with a lovely relaxation. 

​

Chair Yoga: Ideal if you find it tricky to get up and down from the floor or need a more gentle class for any reason! We move and flow through yoga poses sitting on a chair and standing on the mat, ending with seated relaxation.
